THANK YOU!
WHEN NOT EVERYTHING IS CLEAR
Hey there!
So good to have had you with us.Together we looked at what happens in your brain when things aren’t entirely clear. And let’s face it, we live in a world that moves fast, where clarity often only follows later.
And that’s exactly why we started with CORE. Those four questions give you a way to take something vague and make it concrete enough to act on: why it matters, what it should deliver, who decides and how good it actually needs to be.
So the next time something isn’t entirely clear, think of it. Before you start making lists or reshuffling your priorities, take a look at the work itself first. Somewhere in the answers to those four questions sits what you need to set your priorities and your goals.
And keep an eye on your backseat drivers while you’re at it. It’s completely normal that they climb into the car with you. You don’t have to get them out either and there are plenty of ways to keep driving with them on board, whether that’s putting out a rough first version for people to shoot at, or giving yourself a time slot and sending what you have.
To help you with all of that, we gathered a few things on this page. You’ll find the PowerPoint template and the Copilot prompt, which is CORE in action for your next meeting. And the three worksheets from the session are here too, so you can pick them up whenever you need them.
One last thing, and it’s the one that matters most: don’t forget to have that conversation with your manager on where you need more clarity.
Thanks again for being there. See you at the next one!
The ready-made prompt for Copilot. Paste it in and let it help you prepare a meeting with CORE, from a clear why to sharp expectations. Handy for the meetings and projects where you want to think it through with a bit of support.
Open your meeting with your CORE on screen and close it with clear expectations. Drop it into your next agenda and let the structure carry part of the work.
An overview of the four voices that show up when things get unclear, with examples of how they sound at work.
You’ll use it to spot which one tends to get in the car with you.
Six ways to keep moving when the clarity isn’t there, on one sheet, with room to write down what you’ll do and when.
This is the one you take home at the end.
Four questions to get a project or task sharp: why it matters, what it should deliver, who contributes what, and when it is good enough. We fill it in together during the session, on a project of your own.

WHAT’S NEXT
This session opens a new track in the wellbeing journey. Where the first track was about finding balance, quieting a busy head and holding your focus, this one turns to the work itself: your goals, your priorities, and what happens to both when a lot is unclear.
Your own manager follows a session on exactly this theme in the same period, built on the same model. So you will be speaking the same language, which is the whole point.
The next session in the track is about giving and receiving feedback. Later on, two more follow, on learning agility and on stress first aid.
