We’re looking forward to welcoming you to this year’s HR learning day, “A Compass for Resistance”. This day grew directly out of your own input. 

In the team survey you took part in, having difficult conversations kept coming up as something you wanted to get stronger at. So that is exactly what we have built this learning day around. 

We look at the conversations that ask the most of you in your role. The ones where emotion shows up, where someone pushes back, goes quiet, or just isn’t quite themselves. Together we explore what helps you stay steady, really hear what is going on, and respond in a way that lands. 

To make the session yours, we work with real situations you bring. Think of a recent conversation that was difficult: one that stayed with you, or one you weren’t sure how to handle. 

To tailor the day to what you actually need, we’d like you to answer four short questions in advance.
