ONLINE TRAINING
Hi there, we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the online training ‘Leading the Conversation on Workload and Stress‘.
As a leader, talking about workload and stress can feel difficult. You want to support your team, but the signals are often subtle, the conversations feel delicate and the impact of doing nothing can be significant. When these topics remain unspoken, performance drops, confidence erodes and small issues quietly grow into bigger ones.
This two part online training (two half days) gives you the clarity, language and confidence to address workload and stress in a constructive way. You will learn how to recognise early signs of overload, how to open the conversation at the right moment and how to create the safety people need to speak honestly about what is going on.
The training is highly practical. Through interactive simulations with a professional actor, you will practise real conversations and discover what works, what to avoid and how to stay calm and grounded when the topic is sensitive. We will gradually build up these simulations over the two parts of the training.
You leave with hands-on tools you can use immediately, and with a clearer sense of how to support wellbeing, engagement and sustainable performance in your team.
Please take a moment to answer 5 short questions that will help us tailor the session to your needs.
Thank you!
When someone breaks their foot, we immediately ask, “How are you doing?” and we check in on their health (and recovery) later.
But when it comes to mental well-being, it feels less obvious. What makes the difference?
With a broken foot, the situation is often clear: we know what’s going on, what recovery requires, and have less doubt about how to offer the right support. 🎯
But when it comes to mental health, questions arise: what can I say, how can I avoid getting too close, and what if I strike the wrong tone?
This uncertainty sometimes makes it difficult to show the same level of involvement and support.
It makes sense, then, that managers need tools to recognize signs in a timely manner and conduct these conversations in a safe and supportive way. 🤝
This creates an environment within your organization where employees feel supported—not only physically, but also mentally. 🙏 And that is just as important.
