WORKSHOP
THE ART OF LETTING GO
Hey there!
We’re looking forward to seeing you in the workshop ‘Break Ruminating.’ In this interactive session, we’ll dive into techniques to break free from overthinking and regain mental clarity.
In your work, engagement is key—it fuels performance, creativity, and well-being. But when emotional involvement tips into over-involvement, it can lead to worry and mental overload, especially in fast-changing environments. That’s why having effective strategies to manage these thoughts is essential.
To help us tailor the session to your needs, we’d love for you to answer four short questions in advance. This way, we can make sure the workshop is fully aligned with your experiences.
See you soon!
Did you miss the kick-off webinar or had to leave earlier? Or maybe you want to zoom in on a tip or trick one more time as a refresh? No worries!
We made a recording of the webinar. You can watch it here.
This workshop is part of a series of three deep dives offered throughout the year, each focusing on a different theme. This second session is design to give you effective strategies in dealing with ruminating thoughts. By joining all three workshops, you’ll build a comprehensive toolkit to enhance your well-being and professional growth step by step.
Telling yourself to stop worrying rarely works—it’s like trying not to think about a white bear. We often worry at the worst times—during work when a deadline is near, with friends, or when we’re trying to sleep. The more we fight it, the more it takes over.
What if you could schedule your worry? By setting aside a specific “worry time” or time “15 minutes of rumination” you take back control. During this time, write down every worry that comes to mind. This gives your thoughts structure, making them easier to manage. Limiting your worry to a set time reassures your brain during the rest of your day, knowing you have time reserved to deal with it.
