THANK YOU!
FROM ANSWERS TO SENSEMAKING
Hey there!
Good to have had you in Module 2. Clarity is one of those things everyone wants and few people make time to actually build and that is what we did together in the session.
We moved through three parts. In Brain, we looked at what happens in the head when things are unclear and why that quietly costs your team more energy than it looks.
In Core, we turned that into method with CORE, a simple way to set up a meeting so everyone walks out with the same picture instead of their own version of it.
And in Guts, we looked at the harder days, the ones where you don’t have a clear answer to give and what leading looks like right there.
Everything we used is gathered on this page, along with a few things to carry into the weeks ahead.
No rush. Part of it is meant for the conversation with your manager and your team. The rest is simply to keep CORE close by.
See you soon!
THE FIRST THING TO DO
Remember how we opened the session. In small groups you talked through how you had actually run your alignment conversation from the last module: when you set it up, and what you would do differently next time. Every group landed on one concrete tip to pass on, because these conversations are where clarity really starts.
This one is the next in that line. At the end of Module 2 you answered three questions: your main takeaway on clarity, where you’ll put CORE to work first, and where there is still some fog of your own. Your manager answered the same three.
Take them to your next one-to-one. You sit down as two leaders talking about leadership and sharing how you each approach it. The idea is to help each other make sense of what you took away, and to work out together where the missing clarity might come from.
The ready-made prompt for Copilot. Paste it in and let it help you prepare a meeting with CORE, from a clear why to sharp expectations. Handy for the meetings and projects where you want to think it through with a bit of support.
Open your meeting with your CORE on screen and close it with clear expectations.
Drop it into your next agenda and let the structure carry part of the work.
Everything from the module in one place to read back at your own pace.
Pull it out when you want to revisit why clarity matters and how CORE works, without scrolling through slides.

WHAT’S NEXT
In January, we meet again for Module 3: Leadership Conversations.
If Module 2 was about creating direction and clarity, Module 3 turns to the conversations that move your team forward. How you give feedback that actually lands. How you receive it without going on the defensive. How you listen so people feel heard, not just answered.
In the weeks between now and January, the most important step is the one you just took, the conversation with your manager. From there, you have time to live with what you took from Module 2, try things in your day-to-day, and notice where it lands and where it doesn’t.
