WORKSHOP
MASTERING THE POWER OF RECOVERY
Hey there!
We’re looking forward to seeing you in the workshop ‘Find Balance.’ In this interactive session, we’ll explore what balance means to you and map out your personal balance—both the challenges you face and the opportunities for improvement.
With a small group of up to 25 participants, we’ll take a practical and engaging approach to understanding balance in your life. Together, we’ll reflect on how work, personal life, and recovery influence each other and how you can take small but impactful steps toward greater well-being.
To help us tailor the workshop to your needs, we’d love for you to answer three short questions in advance. This will ensure we start the session fully aligned with your unique situation.
Let’s get ready to find your balance!
Did you miss the kick-off webinar or had to leave earlier? Or maybe you want to zoom in on a tip or trick one more time as a refresh? No worries!
We made a recording of the webinar. You can watch it here.
This workshop is part of a series of three deep dives offered throughout the year, each focusing on a different theme. This first session sets the stage by exploring work-life balance and how to make it work for you. By joining all three workshops, you’ll build a comprehensive toolkit to enhance your well-being and professional growth step by step.
Recharging doesn’t always mean resting in the traditional sense—like lying down with your eyes closed.
What truly matters is tapping into a different energy source than the one you’ve been using. 💡
If your work involves staring at a screen all day, stepping away to exercise or have a conversation with a colleague will do more to refresh you than scrolling through Instagram.
Similarly, if you’ve spent your morning being social at a networking event, another chat by the coffee machine won’t help you recover.
Think of it this way: you wouldn’t choose a game of tennis 🎾 as your break after running 10 kilometers.
Curious to learn more about how to recharge effectively by drawing from different energy sources? Join us at the workshop and find out!
